"10 years. Happy? I just came to this school today."

"Thats the when, nowI am intrested in the why. I mean, hes like, over 350. Thats old for a wolf. Why bother?"

"Im close to being 300. But, why does it bother you who im with or dating?"

"Becuse I like having knowledge, becuse knowledge is power. And I am...lets say a sucker for power."

"Or maybe you just want something else." I said. I think I knew were this was going.

"Please, my father already has a wife planned for me, and she is muc prettier then you. I am planned to wed at my coming of age, 21 in human years. I dont worry about dating much."

"Oh much prettyer then me, Im hurt!" I said, my voice thick with sarcam and I placed my hand over my heart. I rolled my eyes and started to walk away.

"You sill havent told me the why> And I am very sure the Count would lov to har as well." Ethan said as she walked away.

I was up to him in a flash, pinning him to a tree, my teeth barred showing my fangs. "I will kill you if you tell anyone." I hissed.

I felt my skin light up as she pinned me to the tree. I opened my palm and let loose a fire ball bigger then a watermelon. It blasted her off me. "Calm dwn little girl. Your going to get burned if you play with fire.

I forst it to start poiring rain. "You dont know what you are dealing with." I hissed. Just then Mr.Fluffy (idk your first name) walked itno the Coutyard.

I walked down into the throng of a fight. The Counts ward until he was 18 was fighting with Candy. I looked at the two, and they pulled off. Both of you have detintion. With m, after school, today. Gym.

My mouth popped open. "Dentintion with him? He'll be lucky to come out alive!" I hissed

Now thoroughly confused, I jumped down from the tree and ran up to Candy. "What's going on?"

"Nothing." I said. I glared at Mr.Fluffy and the other dude.

I crossed my arms, not in an angry way, just because I did that a lot. It definately didn't look like nothing but clearly she didn't want to talk about it. So I just walked with her to where ever she was going.

I rolled my sleeve up to see what damage the dudes fire ball had done to me. Lower and upper arm was black and it hurt like crap. I hissed.

I looked critically at the wound. It looked painful, and it's true I wasn't nearly as used to pain as my brother must--no he's not my brother anymore. I glared unforgivingly at the ground, for lack of anyone to glare at properly.

I felt dizzy. I saw black spots in my vistion. I stumbled slightly backwards. I felt the wond get bigger, spreading to my collorbone.

I caught Candy, saw the wound spreading, and cursed mentally. "You know how to deal with this," a voice said in my mind. I couldn't tell if it was my own or not. Either way, that was just the thing, I didn't! I knew somehow that I should, but I didn't. Feeling helpless, I started to panic.

I started to gasp. Then, everyting went black.

I cursed again. Wasn't there like a freakin nurse's office or something? The panic was making me remember. 'No, no I don't want to remember!' I tried to push the memories back, but they forged ahead anyway. This feeling was just like with Grandmother. That time when I was small. Still human.
She told me I was weak. I needed to be stronger. And to help me she killed Xerxes, my best friend and a the son of a nobleman, who once would have been a king. And back then it'd been the same feeling. The feeling of helplessness as I watched him die, and I knew I could stop it but I didn't know how. And now it was happening again, even if she wasn't my best friend.
I beat back the tears that threatened to overflow as I remembered the day Xerxes died. But somehow, even as I was thisclose to crying, I felt relief. I wiped my eyes in such a way that no one would see if they hadn't already and I noticed that Candy's wound stopped spreading. And then slowly started moving back.

I eyes flew open. The pain in my arm was worse than ever. I screamed.

I set Candy down and stepped back a bit, watching as the wound continued to receed.

The wound may have been getting smaller, but the pain was getting bigger. I screached in pain.
